Cure Nursery carries plants in 3 sizes of open-bottom tree bands, manufactured by Anderson Die (see below), as well as in 1G and 2G standard pots. There are 36 Small or 18 Medium tree bands in a standard 10" x 20" nursery flat, whereas 16 Large tree bands fit into a 16" x 16 " Anderson Die deep flat.
The headings S, M and L refer to the sizes of the Small, Medium and Large open-bottom tree bands. These containers promote air-root pruning and help achieve the high root : shoot ratio important for survivability in the field.
